We already have a view trades button, so why not a 'send trade' button.
It'd function much like the 'send gift' option, putting the ID number in automatically.

I personally dislike having to copy and paste an ID whenever I send a trade. Sure, you can remember them, but when the ID isn't a number that sticks in your head this can be hard.
