So I was thinking, people who use the trading center a lot must get a lot of not-serious offers or offers they've repeatedly rejected. But, they may not want to block the user (i.e. the other player doesn't realize their offer is too low or isn't otherwise being problematic).

So, what if there was a way to block a user from offering on your trade? Whether it was that specific trade or all of your trades, without blocking them as is? Aka they can still interact, send stud requests, send messages, but just can't offer on that trade or any of yours!
