Ever comment on a forum, only to be met with every single reply notification? You can't mute it, you can't ignore the notification without clicking on it, and the only thing you CAN do is delete it!

Or, What if you just want to comment on a raffle forum, but you don't want to be met with constant notifs? Or maybe you're like me, and you just want to have no notifications present on your dash when you're busy trading, exploring, etc.

Well, I propose that we implement a mute notifications button! You can either mute a separate forum or just mute them all if you want!
