I... love and need it. I think it shouldn't replace the old one, but maybe it could be craftable using more of the Opals than the current Opal base!

No support. Although pretty, I don't think any base should be remade, even if some are 'plain' like opal and moonstone. It would have to replace a lot of lions and lionesses bases and mess up a lot of looks that people are going for. It's like why they don't remake the default lioness art, despite it being severally outdated, too much work and to much stuff will be replaced, which could cause server lags and crashes, i believe. Please correct me if I'm wrong of the server thing. Maybe a new base like 'Opalescent' where you can only get it by breeding two opals together, but not to be replaced.

I don't like the idea of replacing an entire base that's perfectly fine. Lots of people like Opal just the way it is.
I could support if it was a base on it's own, but not as a replacement.

I really like this base - it definitely looks more opaline than the current opal base..Maybe the current opal base could be renamed to something else? Right now, the colors of the current opal base look more like a grey stone to me. There aren't even any tell-tale signs of color in the current grey base, like many pieces of opal have.

Definitely gorgeous, but no support. I dont want the Opal base to be replaced, its simplicity is what makes it so pretty. Opal base is fine the way it is, a lot of people agree with me, I would support if it was a seperate base but until then, an absolute no.

I 100% support, as the current Opal base is pretty but its definently NOT Opal looking in anyway, shape, or form. Perhaps they could replace the current Opal base with this, and rename the previous one to Pearl as it looks more pearl like then anything.

As someone with an opal-based king, I wouldn't support this as a replacement since something like that would change my entire base for his appearance, but I would support this as a separate base! Tacatto's suggestion for how to get a base like this sounds amazing.

I agree with the others in this thread. I give conditional support because I love the mockup base you've created, but I dont think opal should be replaced. I would love to see this added as a new base! The issue with replacing this base, or any base, is it'd mess up the folks who built their lions with the old base in mind and like their lions just the way they are.
