Hella i'm new, i started playing today after i saw someone's tumblr post about lioden and it had intrigued me. i think i really like the game so far, i think i got the hang of exploring, hunting, and breeding so far. I'm excited to meet everyone and plan on exploring the forums a bit whilst i figure things out. I named my first lion Yarrow Astera(because yarrow is like my fave plant), i got a couple cubs from the giving tree, and another from the trading post. I don't really know what else to say other than i hope i can get to know some peeps and make some friends here, i really like lions so i was happy this game exists. Does anyone have any tips for me to take note of that would help me play?

Hello and welcome to Lioden, Ettie!

By the look of things, you seem to be off on an excellent start. I have a couple of tips that I typically use to make my Lioden life a little easier.

1) Before completing the Gorilla Enclave quest, explore. Afterwards, go and turn in the cub to the Enclave for energy. If you are on Difficult mode, you will be rewarded +60% and if you decide to use a Bone Marrow (Monkey Business: 80 SB) you can gain an additional +20% energy. So you will only need to wait 30 minutes to get to 100% energy as opposed to 2.5 hours. Keep in mind though that the Bone Marrow can only be used once a day.

2) If you have a large pride, but limited time to care for your lions. Consider purchase the Feed All, Play All tool from the Oasis (5 GB). This handy tool will allow you to play and feed all your lions in one click. Lions will have their moods boosted to 100% and doesn't use any toys, but the feed all may take a few clicks to completely feed your lions as the feature uses carcasses and food items from your Hoard.

3) Play Baoball daily to earn a couple of stats for your male lion. This is fair way to gradually build up your lion's stats. And play Trivia on Difficulty mode to earn 60 Silver Beetles per question. Here is an answer key if don't know the answer to a question.

@Meskhenet thank you for the advice, that gorilla one is really handy, i hadnt done like anything with the enclave thing because when i read through it it was a little intimidating that the gorilla said they get dangerous after one year so idk how i feel about what they do or if they actually raise them like domestication, but that sounds like a good energy boost, thank you

@Snusmumriken im happy to be here, most the time when i get questions i inquire the peeps in the chatbox and most of my questions so far have been answered! if i have more i may message you with them, thank you

@Ettie I look at it as the gorillas want cute little cubs to play and care for until they get old enough to be on their own and start their own prides or join a pride. It's a nice little feature that offers rewards and incentives for completing the daily quests.
