So I have two piebald lionesses and I'm looking to breed pie cubs, but it's unclear if using a lion scrotum is worth it (it has 25% chance to pass mother's mutation, but does that apply to piebald?) Is it worth using lion balls or should I just stick to CRB/lion meat? As for a stud, is it better using a stud with the same type of piebald as the lioness or doesn't it matter? I'd love some tips from piebald breeders :) 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 13/06/19 @ 11:37:55 by 🎴 Suegetsu 🎴 (#28322) |

The 25% chance to pass on the mother's mutation does indeed apply to Patches and Piebalds. It's worth noting that using mutation items other than a Lion Scrotum will not specifically boost your chances of getting a Patches/Piebald cub. Using a CRB/GMO Cow/Lion Meat will give you a higher chance of producing any random mutation in general. As for choosing a stud with the same or different pattern, it doesn't matter - choosing a stud with the same pattern "doubles" your chances of getting a cub with that pattern, whereas choosing a stud with a different pattern will just roll them separately. You could get a litter with both patterns, if you're lucky! 0 players like this post! Like? |

I'd suggest not using them on pies though, the cost of getting a lion scrotum compared to how much pie cubs are worth not worth it imo^ 0 players like this post! Like? |
