In Explore, you may come across a page that gives you multiple options. Say, a lost baby animal, and it gives you multiple choices. One is neutral, one gives positive karma, one gives negative. Reading the choices, it's generally pretty easy to see which is positive and which is negative.

Off the top of my head, I think of the lost or wandering lion cub that you can ignore, frolic with, or kill. Ignoring it is neutral, you just move on. If you frolic with it, you get positive karma. If you kill it, obviously that's negative karma.

There are some pages that will only show up if you have raised a lot of positive or negative karma.
