I'm a bit confused on the concept of the quests. Apollyon is currently locked, but I feel like he probably is for everyone currently so I'm not surprised about that. It's mainly the reputation that's confusing me. I chose Apedemak for my first quest and I understand the cooldown, but Menhit become completely locked for me. Is that because of my quest cooldown, or because I already earned reputation elsewhere?
