Introduction and Guide Purpose

Hello, everyone!
I decided to write and create this guide and these tables because I noticed there were no numerical data points for how many bases, rarities, and shades are in each color group.

As of October 9, 2019, these tables are completely up to date!
I will add and edit to them as more bases are added.

Eventually, I plan to add the number of applicator, NCL, custom, combo, and breed only bases per category! However, for the time being, I am absolutely PUKED with seeing numbers!

Without further ago, the guide link! This is a google doc, because I cannot code tables on LioDen and tables are my only saving grace when it comes to working with numbers.
