I've noticed a lot of giveaways are now being posted in the main chat and it seems to be cluttering it quite a bit. Not that I'm against giveaways themselves, I just wonder if it would be worth it to add a Giveaway channel for this specific purpose since it's increasing as of late. I'm curious what you guys think about it.

There's pros and cons that I can see to it so I'll list what I know. If anyone has suggestions of what to add on to either side, or solutions to the cons, feel free to say so too.

Pros:
- main chat will be less flooded
- convenience for people who would rather not use the giveaway forum
- players can advertise giveaway-related threads in the channel
- players can feel less guilty about posting give aways in the channel since there would be one specifically for it

Cons:
- may be heinous for already busy staff to add
- players may beg frequently for free things in the channel
- may be viewed as 'another channel too many' since we already have 5
- could be used improperly/stalked

potential solutions to Cons:
- a rule can be enforced against frequent begging/harassment, but it might or might not be difficult to moderate depending on how fast the channel would go. EDIT 11/16/19;; Perhaps a cooldown for how many messages sent in that channel can happen
