no applicator muts. (ferus, basic primal, pie). all other muts are fine!

I'll look at anything! I'm looking more for blue/pink pastels though :) eye color doesn't matter but dawn or peridot is a plus. I try to have each king a new base so I do NOT want these bases:

laboridite
ardor

bases I've had but I might get weak and have again:

glacial
gilded
