Fully trained adols will only sell based upon what markings + bases they have. Stats matter too, but it typically depends on the buyer. Most don't care about it's training bar, though.

I price food at 10sb/use for large carcasses. 100 Uses of Food can easily be sold in the TC for 1 GB or 1000 sb c:

I'm not too sure on nesting items, though I know White Lion Pelts are sold for a pretty penny. Otherwise, I don't think it's much since they can be crafted easily in Monkey Buisness.

I don't really sell stuff, so I can't help you there, but fully training adols can increase their worth by a few GB if you're selling stat cubs.

I used to add 10-50GB to adols over 2k stats if they had a full training bar. The catch is, you need to cub train them every day, keep track of said cub training, and then price them depending on what percentage of their bar was filled by 11 months. 33+% could easily add 30GB, more if your cub passes 3k stats.

Now, since I really only put up reject, clean 800-1000 stat cubs, I can still add 1-2GB to their cost of they're fully trained. It almost doubles their worth.

Those are, of course, niches though. Your average 200 stat, uncommon coated, 3 mark cub won't gain much worth from cub training.
