- All artwork completed will be referenced/eyeballed from a photograph owned by you. You must own the photograph or the rights to the photograph you wish me to paint from. I cannot accept google or stock images, per Lioden rules.

- Artwork will be 2000 x 2000 px @ 300 Dpi - this should allow you the ability to print your piece should you wish to do so. I am happy to resize it smaller for digital purposes by request, simply ask! I am also open to doing the canvas larger, to suit your specifications, but please check with me first as my computer is a dinosaur and gets temperamental.

- Please allow a minimum of one month for completion. I can usually complete your piece within a week, but as these are somewhat difficult, I may require some extra time.

- I can provide WIP updates by request; simply ask. Unfortunately I don't think I will be able to offer streaming, due to my laptop being from the Cretaceous period and prone to over-heating. It struggles with Photoshop on it's own let alone whilst running streaming software. All commissioners will receive a time-lapse GIF of their portrait being created.

- This slot is for one (1) subject only. Additional subjects may be negotiated for additional cost.

- No scenic backgrounds; all backgrounds will be white, brown or flat-coloured or textured to fit, as indicated in the example images. If you do not specify a colour, I will choose for you.

- The subject will be painted as a head-shot/bust only, this will not be a full-bodied piece.

- Do not claim a slot if you do not intend to follow through with your purchase.

- I encourage you to check your subject photograph with me prior to bidding, as I can confirm if I am able to complete the piece and if the image will be suitable for use.

- You will need to provide a clear image for me to work from; I have the right to decline your photograph and commission for any reason, including but not limited to: Not clear enough, not large enough, a google or stock image or I suspect the image does not belong to you, etc. You will be offered the opportunity to supply another photograph if you wish to do so, otherwise your slot will be forfeited.

- Please respond with the required information so I can start your piece within 48 hours, otherwise your slot will be forfeited.

- Payment is expected up-front within 48 hours of claiming your slot; however I am open to doing half prior to starting and half upon completion, you are welcome to contact me to discuss your options.
