I design all the adopts, and I added line edits to the original. The forest is alive. Birds call to one another and fly overhead. Small chattering from an assortment of critters can be heard. All you can see is green and luscious life. Thick shrubs cover the forest floor, while roots and rotting stumps break up the landscape. Subtle sunlight trickles trough the trees, touching the world below. The evergreens stand tall and proud, like guards of a kingdom. And quite a kingdom there is... Evergreen Grove is a paradise where wolves live and thrive. There are varying landscapes and habitats that the wolves call home, but in the center, is the grove of evergreens. [insert map] There are three types of wolves in the EG; Highstone Wolves, Riverhill Wolves, and Rogues. There is a fierce rivalry between the Highstone and Riverhill wolves, while Rogues are the wolves who choose to not associate with pack life. Highstone Wolves live to the West of the neutral zone. Their territory fades into rocky hills and a small grazing ground for large game. It is said that Highstone Wolves got the bad end of the bargain when it comes to territory. They survive off of large hares, mountain goats, and the occasional large game when the herds pass through. Highstone Wolves are known for their sharp instincts, quick thinking, and speed. Riverhill Wolves live to the East of the neutral zone. Their territory shifts from evergreen forests to open plains with beautiful landscapes. Their lands are rich with all types of prey, including bison, elk, pronghorn, fish, and more. Riverhill Wolves are often victims of jealousy from others, and have to constantly maintain borders in order to keep others off their lands. Riverhill Wolves are calm, intelligent, and thoughtful. Rogue Wolves do not have a set territory or rank system. It is not uncommon for small "bands" of Rogues to form, consisting of 2-4 wolves. Rogues are wolves who either never joined a pack, exiled wolves, or wolves who do not support the intense rivalry between the packs. These wolves are at a neutral state, but neither Highstone or Riverhill packs welcome rogues kindly. Rogues are often credited as being unruly, aggressive, and informal; all of which are derogatory ideas made by pack wolves. Appearance Guide under construction Past all the lore, WoEG is a platform to gain characters in a pre-existing world. I myself love collecting characters and making story lines with them, so why not make adopts for others to add their own stories to! The Wolves have very different patterns from other wolf species. The EG wolves have patterns that have similarities with domestic dogs, horses, and other animals.
