I've seen some raffles that have prizes listed directly as a lion or lioness, without an item in it etc (usually for a less rare lion)And I've seen raffles where the prize is an item, with a link to a rare lion or a mutie that says "winner of the item (usually just a random feather or smth) gets the primal!" Or something among those lines. Are these inherently scams? Is there a way to report them?  0 players like this post! Like? |

Some people plug in items because raffles with lions directly in them can only last 2 days. I do it myself sometimes, however, I sent the prize immediately after ending. It's not technically against the rules, unless perhaps they withhold the lion. You could ask modbox for better clarification on scamming regarding raffles I'm sure ^^ 0 players like this post! I personally have not encountered a scam doing those types of raffles. Since raffles with lions in them only last 2 days some players want it to be up longer to get more entries in. I haven’t seen anything against them but you should report them if you win and a scam occurs! 0 players like this post! Like? |

Only if they don't follow through on their word. A lion raffle can only be 2 days long. For some higher value lions that clearly isn't enough time to rack up enough tickets. Inherently it's promise based, but this is currently the only work around. I'd only be worried if the winner didn't actually recieve the prize. 0 players like this post!
