When I try to send a stud request for one of my lionesses, I get a message telling me that I already have one pending, when I didn't send one for her previously.

I looked though my beetle history to see if I accidentally sent one for her before, but I had not.

Could it be that the game still counts an unfulfilled request from a past heat? Is she now stuck in a stud-less limbo because someone didn't reject my request?? Or is there something else I'm missing?
