Hi, I’ve been playing this game since 2015 I think, and on 2017-07-25 I purchased 20 GB for $10. I know I did this because I have the receipt, which I’m fine uploading if need be, and also because after I took a long break of a year or more from the site, I still had some poses a decor that I had bought with the GB, and I had one GB or so left in my account.

I had purchased cubstages with ten of the 20 GB. I know for a fact that I did, because that’s the whole reason that I bought the 20 GB anyway. If I hadn’t spent 10 GB on that I know I would have a lot left over.

What really frustrates me with this is that I know there’s no way to prove it, or at least it seems like there isn’t, because all my transactions were deleted after 30 days or so I think, which in my personal opinion is an awful idea.

I’m just really conflicted on how to go about this, I want some kinda way to be able to prove that this transaction really went through, I don’t know if a mod or admin has access to those things? If there’s nothing to be done about it then that’s that, but at the same time that’s five bucks that I payed to get a certain part of the game, and then after taking a break and coming back, is just completely removed from my account?

Any help would be great.
