I’m tormented by one question about the new mutation of the "dorsal fur". Let's say you did the whole quest and the button appears. Does it work with the stud? Let's say you press the button, buy stud, and the child of the one from whom you bought the stud will be with dorsal fur. is everything right? 0 players like this post! Like? |

No, so what happens is you apply the dorsal mutation to your own king and his next immediate breeding after applying the boost will be what drops a dorsal when bred to a lioness. So make sure if you do it, that you do so to one of your own lionesses if you want the dorsal to be born into your pride. 0 players like this post! Like? |

That depends. If the stud you use has the dorsal fur boost applied by the player of the stud, then yes it would. But the Dorsal Boost is account-bound, so unless a player uses the boost and it is active then it will not make the offspring a dorsal. For example if you apply Dorsal Boost to your account, your king if bred to a lioness will pass the mutation down. If you apply to your account and stud a lioness to another account that has not applied the boost, there will be no Dorsal. Only kings with the boost applied by the player of the account will pass it. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Dorsal Fur can be passed on naturally if from a parent with the mutation already, or if both parents have Dorsal it can be passed with a slightly higher rate. But if you mean the Pennyroyal, then that is a completely different thing from this month's Dorsal Boost quest. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Oh, okay. Mukombero is definitely different then. But there are definitely several ways to get certain mutations. If you want a Ferus, then breeding a ferus to a ferus and using a Pennyroyal helps give a reasonable chance for a Ferus cub for example. Good luck on getting your heir! 0 players like this post! that is, even if it is your lioness, but it breeds with the help of a stud, then there will be no dorsal fur, right? 0 players like this post! Like? |
