Okay. Let's see if I can answer this .

It depends. Despite Wenet being a special bean, it's not like she can't have potato cubs as well. Or at least, mine has had them before. Then again, she's also had beauties.

Depending on what you get is a determination on GB or not. Any lioness could technically produce a GB worthy cub. Wenet just could improve the chances due to her markings, eyes, etc.

Wenet cousins were usual NPCs claimable by explore encounters that gave you special markings of April that could be thrown in the mix, from what I understood.

Depending on the Wenet's base of what you got and the combo base or whatever future base you want to breed is the one you should look for. The Wiki has awesome references to what bases should be bred to what to achieve desired bases.

It means they had a Wenet before April (possibly from the previous April or the one before) and chased her like any other lioness for someone to come across and claim.

When you chase an unsecured lion, their stats gets wiped and they become an encounter for someone else. All chased means is someone didn't kill or send their lion to the tree, they chased them to not affect their karma and now, she had the potential to end up with someone else.

So does any cub she has immediately become wenet cubs and are they pretty valuable? Like valuable enough to sell for GB?
And wenet cousins can have any bases, any eyes, but they just have to have a BO, special, or custom marking?
Are there certain bases/markings I should breed her to in order to make wenet cubs?

Yes thank you that definitely helps!! I only just came back to playing again this may and when I saw someone with the EXACT same lioness as the chased NCL I'd just gotten absolutely floored me and I knew there had to be something going on which is when I started hearing the name Wenet.
So any cubs she has aren't necessarily valuable just due to their lineage, they have to actually be cute cubs to be valuable, which definitely makes more sense now :)
I've actually been learning a ton lately as well about factor breeding and combo bases! The past couple of days I got my first snowflake and cloudburst based girls from V'Kai and I'm definitely glad I learned about their value and how to properly breed them before just breeding them willy nilly.
