I just finished talking to the support team and getting my modbox ticket resolved. Just as I managed to get my account credentials back and log into my 2nd account I, for some reason, can't seem to connect them? Im putting the correct passwords into each box and the correct username. It just gives me a red popup at the end saying "You cannot connect to this account." But it doesnt say why. I sent another email to the support team but it takes them a while to reply so I was wondering if someone could know why in the meantime. Help? :(
