If a lion mood and food drops daily since if you notice every day is 1 month to the lions. Food will drop at 20% everyday while mood is different.

So the base is all lions lost 10% mood a day.
I am assuming your male is a evil personality if you are killing so you would get this message in your user logs:
Your Evil personality type gave all Evil lions in your pride a 5% mood boost, and all Good lions in your pride a 10% mood lower

So a Nurturing lioness would lost 20% mood daily while another evil lion will only lose 5% daily.

If the cub is attached to a lion when it get killed, aka when it is not weaned off the mood of the female will drop, since her cub died. However another cubs death will not affect a random female.

If a female is nurturing a cub and you kill the cub I believe it does not have an affect on the female (Not positive about this tho!)
