A big thing to know is to hunt as much as you can. As your lionesses gain levels, they'll bring back better prey which can feed more lions and sell for more SB. With enough extra carcasses, you can sell them for quite a bit to other players.

For a long-term money-making strategy, grind in events as much as you can and buy third-tier applicators/breeding items mostly. If you hang on to the best items from events for a few months, you can get up to several dozens of GB for one item. In the next upcoming events, I can tell you that August and September are the best closest events. Grains of paradise & Buffalo scrotums in August, and Ochre gnawrock/saltlick & GMO cows are the best things to buy in September.

In addition, do not impulse-buy. Many new players want to jump in too quickly and purchase the first few pretty lions they see, or snatch up mutated lions as soon as possible. This ends up often being a drain on finances as they seldom prove profitable. What really helps me is to put my currency away in Bundles (located in your hoard) to avoid temptation to spend. Do not buy territory spaces, rather PvP on other users' den pages. If you scroll down below all their dens, you should see an option to "Attack this lion" which you can use to get more territory if you win for the cost of 20 energy. Do make sure to challenge lions of lower stats than your king, especially skill-wise. The best way to do this is to go to the Search (the eagle in the Crossroads) and search for lions 2 levels below your king to see which ones have lesser stats.

With July coming up, there will be special event raffles with lionesses that have very valued bases/markings. If you win one, you can sell her for quite a bit of GB, but please do watch out for people being salty towards you. There have been many incidents of people being very cruel towards raffle winners for "marking/base hoarding".


To get you started on some pretty lions, you can pick any lions from my giveaways . They're all free, and I can raise the levels of any adults you want before sending them over if you'd like.

Edit: Oh, I forgot to also mention the games! You can play most games for daily prizes. Baoball will give you 2-4 stats, Lioden trivia can give you up to 60 SB per day (the Difficult category gives you 20 SB per correct question), and Serengeti Shuffle can give you very profitable prizes for scores of 3500+ points. The games page on the wiki will tell you all you need to know about games and which prizes you can win.

Important thing, especially in the beggining, is to play daily with your lions - that way you save on amusement items. Also feed your lions one of the two ways:

1. If you want to feed them daily - choose small food - like rat, meerkat carcasses, small birds, small meat chunks, fish
2. If you want to use big carcasses like gazelle, elephant calf, giraffe - feed lions every 2-3 days, when their hunger reach 60%.

That way you don't "waste" big food and if you choose option 1 you can sell all big carcasses. The best way is to wait until you hoard 100 uses and sell it in Trading Center for 1000 or 1 . It will be bought - trust me (Or sell 50 uses for 500sb if you want money earier)

You're going to have to purchase a male slot before I can send the boi. You can buy it via that little plus by your male slot count. Unfortunately there is no alternative like there is with territory.
