Hello there!

I am looking for someone to design me a tattoo.
I would like it to be based on this picture:

I'd prefer for their eyes to be open. They look like this:

It should be between five to ten centimeters in diameter, so not too complex.

Since this will be on my body forever, I am only interested in the highest quality art.
I'm willing to pay up to 200gb and am willing to tip if your art is especially good.
It doesn't have to be done fast, I'll probably have it tattooed when they pass. They're three and a bit now, so you should hopefully be able to take your time to make it as good as possible, hah.
