On your den page, you'll see a table with a bunch of information, such as level, stats, lionesses, etc.
In that table, you'll see one labeled 'Territory' followed by a 2 with a (+). Click the + to expand for SB.

You can also attack players on their den page. Your level or within 2 levels lower than yours with lower stats than your own king.

Look for this box on the other player's den:



Select 'Territory' from the drop down.
