Yes! Mutations are tied to stats, gen, and heritage, while looks are just looks. Just make sure you keep your current king's looks when you replace him c:

Ah thanks! Can I explain it more?. So, For example.. I king milo, which he has no mutation. But then right after I king him, I forcefully king a completely different lion (Aki) with a piebald mutation (By using gb). While i do this, I choose to keep my old king's looks (Milo's). Would this mean I get a king with Milo's looks and aki's mutation?

Yep! Mutations affect looks, but aren't counted as part of appearance the same way markings/base/eyes/mane are. That's why mutie replacers are a thing -- keep current king's looks, but give him a mute c:
