Hi! I checked your den, your cubs are on protection cooldown, so the person you bought them from likely had them protected by a broodmother and forgot to take them off before you bought them. You'll be able to assign them to a broodmother tomorrow!

What device are you using? Try it on a different device. Phones are glitchy sometimes. Use a PC / computer and it should work :)

I sent you a majordomo to help, that'll keep one at 100% for the day! Tomorrow you can assign them both to a broodmother.
Majordomos are available in Monkey Business, and playing with the cubs helps their survival bar too!

Play with them, use amusement items, itll bump up their survival rate. You can also use items to do that :)
(such as the Hornbill Majordomo item which boosts them to 100% Cub survival rate)
