When it says the lioness "was not faithful", it means that instead of breeding with the male lion you wanted it to, you also breed with a tiger/leopard to produce the hybrid. Essentially it means that it cheated on the male lion which is how the hybrid was born. There is no way to make this encounter more common. It is 100% random.

oh it's a message the happens when a baby tigon or leopon gets birth from one of your lionesses it mean that while they were preggo they sneaked away and did the deed with a tiger or leopard. You can try and get one from a lionesses that has 1% percent fertilely and you can use a GMO cow
