Sadly non-leopon offspring of leopons only have the same chance of producing a pon as every other regular lioness. Typically to get a Leopon you would either use items such as Cotton Root Bark, Lion Meat or a GMO cow and hope the odds are in your favour. Another way of getting leopons is breeding with either a first gen (10% pass rate) or second generation onwards (5% pass rate) leopon. Regular lions that are the offspring of pons don’t have any special boost for leopons. Hope that answers your question!
