okay so i know that normally, you can breed a combo base to one of its factors and have a chance at the combo base. does this improve chances compared to using both factors as parents? and is it true for special criteria combo bases, too, when the criteria is also met? ie, if i breed an arctic to snowflake during wet season, i can still potentially get snowflake, and is the chance bigger than arctic to albino, or the same chance?

i know it almost definitely is fine lol i'm just trying to breed snowflake so every chance feels very precious and i wanna be sure
