Hi! I'm very new to this game and love it so far, have a question about cubs though. What... do I do with them? It seems pointless to keep them so I'm assuming they're usually sold. Looking for some advice on that though!

Stuff like.... how much do most people sell cubs for, should they be sold in batches, is there anything I should look out for that would make them worth more.... any advice would be good!
I'm used to selling babies on another site, but things here just feel so unfamiliar ^^;

Selling cubs is not the main thing to do with them on Lioden! That is an "breeding sim" mindset that often leaves people frustrated, as Lioden doesn't work the same way breeding sims do. Lioden breeding is very randomised, unwanted cubs are a plenty and wanted cubs are scarce, and most cubs don't sell at all. Market for cubs is very slow and fluctuating, something in demand recently may drop in value very quickly. Most cubs are born "potato" - a term here used for common, plain cubs that nobody wants, they don't sell, and you're likely going to be chasing them a lot.

The main reason to breed cubs is to try and breed in certain traits you want for your lions - to breed your future heir, or new pride members that you like the looks/stats of. Emphasis here on "try" because you will certainly be getting a lot of failed cubs that do not inherit the traits you want; it often takes a lot of attempts to breed what you want. Selling cubs you don't want is just one of the options but not a main reason to breed them, because most of those failed attempts will end up "potato" and wont sell.

Lioden is more of an RPG than breeding sim; here YOU are a lion, and you upkeep your pride that is your family. Breeding here is more of a side aspect.

Yo, that's awesome. The different take on breeding is refreshing now that you've explained it to me! Thanks!
