Just go to the modbox at the top right of your screen, and I would put that under "My Account" and then put it as "Other"

Just explain to them what's going on and that you're trying to make a second account but the game won't let you. The mods are super sweet and understanding. They'll help you sort it out

Hello! Are you using the same email for both? If you are, then it's not exactly possible as the lioden staff decided that only one email could be used for per account, but each player can have two accounts.

If you're using separate emails, then it should work, but if it doesn't, do not hesitate to submit a modbox ticket

If you're 100% certain you only have ONE account on your IP address, go ahead and message the Moderators using the Modbox function at the top.

I guess I do have side account but I can't get my side account to work I never get the user name of that account and it's activation code can you help me?
