I meant to ask, do all muties have low fertility?
And is there a higher chance for muties to breed a mutated cub than it is for any other lion?

No - fertality does not depend on having a mutation or not. Mutated females have all kinds of fertalities just like non mutated ones. (Daughter's fertality however is usually similar to the one her mother has- but that does not depend on having mutation either)

However the chance of breeding random mutation does depend on fertality. VLF (very low fertality) has higher chance of producing random mutation.

You can only breed with the use of CRB, Lion Meat, GMO cow for a random mutation (adult muties, 1st gen hybrid, dwarf, poly, bobtail, tailess, achromia, melanism) OR you have to have a parent with a mutation.

Random mutations can be passed on offspring only with the use of Lion Scrotum (except hybrids). Mutations that are passable: piebalds/patches (from both parents), dorsal fur, (both parents), primals (from father - except Ferus in this case both parents) or hybirds (females only) have higher chance for cubs with this specific mutations. As there is no other way to breed them.

You can check out lioden.wiki & user created guides to see what mutations you can breed here and how exactly :)
