There’s no guarantee to claim a lioness besides spending a leopard orchid or 2 gb, no matter what your impression is. It helps to do actions that match the lioness’ personality, which you can tell via her pose (the handy guide below the explore panel will tell you what her pose means). For example, an action with the heart symbol like “purr” is better for kind or good lionesses, but less so for evil or snarky ones. The actions with little lion faces are neutral and the paws are better for snarky/evil lionesses.

Personally, I’ll do “purr” if the lioness is good, kind, or neutral, or “snarl” if she’s snarky or evil. I’ll follow that up with “shake mane” and “puff out chest”. Then I’ll use “rub head” or “bite neck”, again depending on personality, switching it up for neutral lionesses. However, this doesn’t work every time, even for my dreamboat king.
