Second time writing this since i had to RO half way through  I made some mock ups of a possible calico mut! I'd imagine these would be breed only by breeding piebalds and patches (Tho it wouldnt matter which patch and which pie. any pie x any patch would be able to produce any calico) Pictured with Frostbitten    Pictured with Kimanjano    Pictured with Hibiscus    Im not personally a huge fan of the last one I made, but these are just mock ups and possibilities for a calico mut! This could also work as a marking :0 |

I like the concept but the patterning seems a bit too stiff! To make it look a bit more realistic, try having the patterns flow with the muscle structure, and maybe fade/blend the edges of the spots! I hope I was of any help!  0 players like this post! Like? |

I absolutely adore this concept! I agree with others, the mock-up is a bit too solid, but I think this could be done more professionally by the Lioden team! As a mutation, no support. It's not a mutation and doesn't fit in with the Patches/Piebalds. However, it would make an interesting marking, kind of like Lycaon. It could have multiple color options, and could even come in Heavy, Scarce or Inverted. 0 players like this post! Like? |
