Apparently you really love mythical creatures judging from the four posts suggesting the same thing. Not saying that is a bad thing, I like a few mythical animals myself. But I wouldn't suggest something like a unicorn or anything along those lines.

And I won't repeat what others have said. But I agree in that it's not a totally great idea, it won't happen in the game. All mutations in the game are what happens in real life, or in the case of primals are based off of real prehistoric cats (smilodon, etc). The ones you suggested would most definitely never happen as manticores aren't real, the Sphinx is also another mythical creature. So perhaps you could try suggesting something that affects animals in real life?

This would be a good idea for an april fools joke, lasting only one day for your cub and having a small chance to appear, or, again, as an april fools joke but it being a decor that comes pre-added to a cub.
In other words, not permanent.
Otherwise, i do not support this as a mutation.
