The wiki page the player before me linked does have info about when each unlocks, including more if you click through to every chapter page, but to give that detail here if it helps: the first and last chapters unlock automatically at set times - chapter 1 at the very start of the event on May 1st, and chapter 5 on May 25th. All the others - chapters 2, 3 and 4 - are dependent on our communal progress in unlocking the Champion Shop tiers (that's shown in the progress bar on the Event tab, below the Champion Shop text link and above the Brotherhood of Zeal image banner - as of this moment it is at 84% unlocked towards the next and final tier of the shop).

We unlocked chapter 2 of the storyline when we unlocked the first tier of the shop quite a while back, we unlocked chapter 3 yesterday at the time when the second tier was reached, and we'll unlock chapter 4 when we get to fill that progress bar to 100% again to unlock the final tier of the shop :)

The storyline begins with Chapter 1 unlocking on May 1st at 12:00am Lioden time. Each subsequent chapter is unlocked when the Champion Shop's tiers unlock, up until Chapter 5, which unlocks automatically on May 25th at 12:00am Lioden time.

I still don’t understand. So the chapters are automatic and come out at scheduled times? What are the subsequent chapters?
