Well, there is a lot that is on-demand. Besides rosettes there are always the raffle bases, combo bases, and their factors. Check those lists here :

Marking wise people desire BO aka breed only markings and lots of them on the same lion. The same goes for BO manes, eyes, etc. Those you can check here:

Also a lot of people want to king clones of the raffle lionesses. Those are usually expensive, but if you are desiring one like I do, check out TC. If I was you, I would seek out the wiki for the bases and/or markings I love the most and seek through the TC for lions with those traits. I also recommend checking search for those specific lions, since some are not up for sales in TC yet and you can try to seek your heir through that way. I did that with my Orchid boy. ^^

ETA: Years ago I kinged a lion that was popular with everyone else but me. It was disappointing to get cubs that didn't fit my desires at all even though he was popular. I yeeted him out before he hit 11 years old and got a king that was slightly less popular but I loved his cubs. Just my two cents so you don't end up wasting money on something that disappoints you :)
