Okay it's 2am and I'll pretty this up tomorrow, but here's a thought:

Most applicator eyes do not hold value well. The only notable exceptions are cases where they're initially very hard to craft (Arid, Celestite at first) or, more recently, involved in a flashy combo (Jasper eyes skyrocketing in value with Cosmic's introduction).

I'd like to propose a new use: some Oasis/Applicator eyes producing variants with interesting pupils, only available via breeding those eyes.

This could be slit pupil variants of favorites like Celestite, Fire Opal or Saffron, more focused pinpoint pupils for the likes of Midnight, Mist, Cucumber or Peach, or pupils that aren't black but colored, just for looks or to represent the shiny tapetum lucidum of feline eyes. The possibilities are endless, and for so little work! Just change the pupil,no need to devise a whole new eye color, AND ensure there's demand and value that results from this effort so the eyes actually see use on lions (how often do you see 90% of eye colors on kings? Not often at all - I'm sure that must suck for the artists :c).

They could either appear as 'fails' to any breeding imvolving the eye (replace some of that Pink fail chance on many lmao) or require certain conditions to spawn, like Sectoral eyes or Cosmic.

Uncertain if they could pass themselves or not: if so, I'd recommend it be at a far lower rate than the 'parenf' App eye can produce them, so the 'parent' eye remains in use and in demand, too.
