My advise on what to do - it depends on the situation. Sometimes with high value items people say they will cancel the raffle if certain number of tickets will not be met. And then they may forget to cancel the raffle before it finish.

In this case - if they're nice about it and in the raffle's describtion it was stated that it may be cancelled. I would give the prize back. If they're rude or it wasn't stated anywhere that raffle may be cancelled or sth - I would not.

However remember that you have every right to keep the prize. I'm like 99% certain that rules say that
