Writing Example

Cheese Cake opened his soft lavender eyes to the sound of light steps approaching him, a lioness pale in color with primal fangs stopped short in front of him with a huff. “Sire, you have been sleeping all day! What about your patrolling duties, you know I believe I saw a male trailing our borders earlier this morning...he could be anywhere in the territory by now” She huffed clearly concerned patting the smilus male on the snout with her paw.

Though the females’ concerns did little to reach the males’ ears, he stretched flexing his claws before getting up shaking off the dust from his mane, the drought was doing horrible things to the ground, dirt and dust are abundant. “Worry not my sweet, if I see any outsiders when Im gone today I'll surely crush them in my teeth...now would you be a doll and run along our pride needs food to function, and that job solely is yours,” he remarked before walking past her without another word.
