Can I breed out inbreeding over time? Like this girl. Will it go away in her cubs?

No, dirty lion is always dirty even if the inbreeding has happened in her grand-grand-grand-grand-grand-parents. Some deem lions that are clean on first page clean, but most (like me) deem a lioness clean only if her whole heritage is clean. So no inbreeding anywhere. You can't remove parts of heritage, so the dirtiness can not be removed.

This is the reason a lot of players chase their dirty lionesses and try to buy them back if someone claims them. But even with this method the lioness has 50/50 chance of getting deleted or ending up as chased lioness for someone to impress. :)
