The easiest way to get one is to buy a frozen one. Those usually are 30-50 gb and you can find them in the trading center or create a thread (like this one but in the 'looking for: lions' part of the forum).

Buying ones that aren't frozen yet is the most surefire way to get a breedable one. However. Young tigons go for about 200 gb and young leopons for 250 gb. Clean ones and ones with rosettes tend to go for even more. Yep, they are really expensive, which is why they are hard to get.

Breeding them is possible too but I wouldn't reccomend it. Some people are insanely lucky and get a random one. The people who actually breed for them (using mutation items like cotton root bark, lion meat and gmo cow) usually spend a few hundred to thousands gb before they actually get one. Those, however, are G1 tigons/leopons and are a lot more expensive. Think about 1k gb for a young one.
