You need to host the image you're wanting to use on an image hosting site like Imgur.com. Then after it uploads you'll need to right click the image and select "Copy Image Link" (or press and hold until the options comes up if on mobile). The url needs to end in a image file extension such as .png, .jpeg, .gif, etc.. You then paste that url into the "Avatar URL:" in your details.
