This is my side account so originally my king only had the Arctic base and some useless markings and his stud fee was really low. People would stud to him to get combo bases. Recently I decided to add all the markings he has now, thinking that more people would stud to get the markings. But ever since I added them, I haven't gotten a single request. I have a feeling it is because of the last 3 markings I added (Immolation Coat, Swarm Debris, and Locust Ghost Feralis) but I wanted to double-check.
Thanks for reading, have a great day/night!

It might just be the fee. People tend to go for a lower fee and as you added markings, the fee went up. With the markings you added, your lion now falls in the category 'colorbomb' (multiple bright colors) and not everyone likes that. The locust markings aren't favorites and immolation is known for being very covering on lions so there's a chance people are avoiding those too.

From my personal experience - if you want the most stud requests, go for a Heritageless king.

My heritageless kings, when colorbombs or when simple, when combo-base producing or when just Special bases, would get a lot more requests than when the king has a heritage. No heritage means no inbreeding guaranteed without any work having to be done to check the lineage; many people dont want to check back your king's huge heritage to see if a name is repeated somewhere, and especially dont want to compare the names of the female's heritage with those. They would rather go to another stud who has no heritage at all and dont have to work checking it at all, seeing it immediately that a king has no heritage and wont produce inbreeding with their female.

That is especially true with applicator bases like Arctic. Any king can be changed to that, so there's always at least 1 heritageless king with it; many people prefer to go to them instead, to avoid the heritage issues.
AND, as any lion can be changed to Arctic - people also prefer to go for more breed-only/rosette marked kings, than the ones with simplier applicator marks. Any special marked lion can be changed to an Arctic base so a few applicator marks dont make it any better, to the opposite - if people have to pay full 250 SB fee, they would rather go for more special marks on a lion, than the one with applicator marks.

I have several tips for getting stud requests!

Advertise, advertise, advertise! This is a major part in getting requests; it's how I've gotten all of mine the easiest. For example, I frequently advertise in a clan directly for studding; Stud Buds. I use a pretty html as to make sure it's eye-drawing, and describe my queen in a very attention-drawing manner, bold letters, e.t.c. I keep my studding price cheap for her, around 200sb, a fair price for her would be around 300sb; and I get quite a bit of requests from this. You can look for free html codes on the forums! Make sure to note all his markings, stats, e.t.c as to ensure those who are interested are aware of his traits.

I see you've been doing this, but keep note of any special cubs your lion sires. Rosettes, bases, muties- they're all important for people to know! You should also decorate your lion with pretty decor, dragging more attention to it. Attention matters so much!! Don't make it eyebleeding, but make sure people will pay attention to it rather than just scroll past.

REFUNDED STUDS!! I see you have cost-free studs for GB already, but I personally also do it for my first stud requester of the week, profiles who are in a same clan as me, if a dwarf or hybrid is bred/the mother is a dwarf or hybrid, and if they agree to give one cub to me if there is 2+ cubs. KEEP HIM CLEAN!! People LOVE clean kings; they're easy studs for anyone- clean breeders can use them, and so can dirty breeders, so they're not directly restricted to one group.

Event applicators are beloved. The more event applicators on your lion the more pricey they are! There's always a line between attention dragging and ugly, though.. make sure not to add to many LOL

This may be hard to understand; I'm autistic so explaining and wording is difficult. I single handedly spent 20 minutes trying to write this LOL. Good luck!!
