for getting SB i suggest selling a lot of stuff in the trading center or with the monkey, and for GB your best bet is to either buy some with IRL money or sell rare stuff. you get large leaves in explore or you can buy them in trading but they get expensive. i usually ask main or check in trading and see whats being sold the fastest for the highest price, and the more unnatural the color the rarer usually. and a lot of people or super friendly so you can send a friend request to most anyone and they'll accept it, you can also just chat in main for a while and you'll connect with a lot of people 0 players like this post!
