It is. But first your current one has to reach 15 years old. If you want to change king before that time - you have to pay fee of 10gb. (Unless your current king is one for a shorter time than 30 days - then you have to pay 25gb) If you really want to change king my advice is - collect as many RB as you can & after Tier 3 opens but some base apps (One with the Giants or new Jacana one are the best choice) and sell them for GB (at least 6)  1 player likes this post!
