You nod, feeling extreme pity for this lioness. “My name is Cassandra. I was abandoned by my old pride. They chased me out when I reached the age where I could no longer hunt as well as I used to…” she says with a tear in her eyes. “But it’s okay. I sell food and get by. I was always a gifted hunter,” she finishes. “These are the prices,” she says, dragging her paw in the ground to write them.
