Once you're in the "Create a Trade" menu, look on the right hand side of the screen below where it says "Trade Contents" you should see a white box labelled "Items", the white box directly under that is called "Lions" and will show you a table of Lions that are ready to be traded!

However, before the above, make sure your Lion is not "Secured" or has a role like Broodmother or Hunter, this can be changed if you scroll down to the bottom of the Lion's page and select "Update Lion" Once the Lion is not secured and doesn't have a role, you should be able to trade it :)
