Design an lioness from the oasis, and I'll pick 1-3 entries to create and gift to the person who made it. Go to the "Oasis" and scroll down to "Create a Custom Lioness", create your lioness and screenshot, I'll do the purchasing part! Requirements: Markings have to be obtainable from the oasis customization function (No apps, BO, etc) Max 15 marking slots (No min). Any opacity. Post a screenshot of the lioness and all her colors, markings, and opacities (Or a wardrobe link if you can't get a screenshot) 2 entries per person, though only 1 entry max will be made if you are chosen. If you give me a description of the lioness (Ex personality, backstory), I'll try to decorate her before sending her over! (Decorations are not a guarantee, it depends on my mood and what decors I already have in my hoard, it will also be completely random). Feel free to take the decors off after you receive her! I'll pick the lionesses to create the next time I'm online, and have enough time to go through the screenshots! (Might be tomorrow, might be a week from now)  0 players like this post! Like?  it didnt get Shell Inverted Cheetah on slot 7 100% in the pic so here here my entres <3 She is a flirty girl loving the boys and the beach not only that she loves the looks of pretty things and gas a bit obssesion with it I made her based from my one broodmother whos my fav ever and i added som markings on her that i thought looks really pretty 0 players like this post! First of all, I had a crazy fun time making these ladies. Thanks for the prompt! For my first entry, I have the lovely Penny.  Penny is built on the Copper base, which also served as my inspiration: I wanted to make her look like copper metal. I brought her closer to copper's pinkish color with some Coral markings, then added several Browns to reflect the mottled surface of a USA penny that's spent a little time in a pocket. , via Wikimedia Commons" href="https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Penny_graph.jpg">  I think most of her markings would add interest to a natural-colored lion if inherited, although that was admittedly secondary in her design. Her Aqua eyes provide contrast, a reference to my username, and a reference to the beautiful blue and green colors of copper patina.  I think Penny's personality is pretty calm. She's not quite shiny and new; she's been around, seen somethings, and developed patience. She'd probably accessorize to accent her eyes. I hope she's a lucky Penny and comes into existence -- or if not, that you at least enjoy my ramblings about her inspiration. 0 players like this post! My second lioness is Surprise. The idea for Surprise was to have a little fun and build a very simple looking-lioness who could have cubs with stunning markings. Surprise appears on the surface to be a simple faux-melanistic lioness:  However, she's actually a collection of bold Noctis and Onyx marks -- with a touch of white thrown on to fool the eye into ignoring them. If even one of her dark markings passes onto a non-black base, a high-contrast surprise of a cub is revealed! Only her marbled nose hints at the markings she conceals.  I imagine Surprise always acts as if she is hiding a secret. She's not mean, but you get the feeling she's amused by a joke she won't share. Her aesthetic is simplistic and greyscale: she might wear some white, silver or black jewelry, but she likes being underestimated and keeps her decorations understated. I hope you enjoy Surprise, and that even if she doesn't get brought into the world, she makes you smile a little -- the same delighted conspiratorial smile that I had the whole time creating her. 0 players like this post! I had so much fun with this that I did end up creating a third themed lioness, tentatively titled Your Fancy Starbucks Drink, but alas, the limit is two, so my chocolate-mocha-cream concoction will have to await some other contest or giveaway. Seriously, thanks -- this is a super fun (and super generous) idea for a giveaway! I had a blast, and working within the limited Common+Custom palette gave some nice boundaries that helped with the often mind-boggling task of lion design. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Hurrah, I'm pleased to be able to share her! Now presenting Yes, With Extra Whip, whose concept was entirely driven by tasty base and marking names. Is she pretty? Sure. Is she delicious? Extravagantly.  Extra Whip starts with a decadent Chocolate base. To that we add some Almond flavoring, a hint of espresso to make her technically-a-Mocha, and a sprinkle of Saffron for fanciness. Top with Cream, add a bit more Chocolate as latte art, and enjoy.  A sprig of Mint in her eyes rescues the I think Extra Whip is probably a quite lazy lion. I know I'd need a nap after drinking such a concoction! She'd opt to be a broodmother because she didn't want to hunt... oh dear, what a surprise when the cubs are just as much work! I think her style is luxurious: lovely drapes and scarves rather than stones, metal, or bones. (Extra Whip was mostly created as a joke, but I think she turned out quite nicely, and she's a lion I'd be more than happy to welcome to (pixelated) reality.
