I accidentally sent a rough ruby lion through the portal. She was a beautiful rr based lioness and you could clearly see the rr. This was my first july event, and I didn't think the text was relevant so I accidentally sent her in and lost her forever. I think there should be a way to get a lion back for like 1 gb or something like that so the game can be more enjoyable.  0 players like this post! Like? There's only two warnings, most people I know didn't think they were important and just describing the event. I know it's technically my fault, but it should be clearer then just little things popping up on my computer and it'll be better to get them back. I bet a lot of people have accidentally lost really rare items too. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I think two warnings telling you that the lion will disappear and not show up in dynasty are plenty tbh. If the player ignores the text or doesn't think it's relevant that's on them as the game does give you two popups so you can't accidentally send a lion through unless you blatantly ignore what it's saying. I do understand the pain tho I send at least one lion I really like at least every event thinking it's another one and it is depressing every time lol. My point isn't whether two warnings is enough, the idea I'm going at is that was we should be able to get our lions back, I'm guessing you all would rather seeing newer people loose their rare lions and be sad and every once in awhile kids could get on this website and then get really upset. Idk, the only lionesses I send through are all ncl's from explore. I don't even move them from unsorted so I have a clear divider between the ones I actually care and randos (as well as leaving the generic name). The whole point of the portal is it's one way, to allow for takebacks would defeat that whole purpose I feel. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I believe you can't get them back because they are deleted from the server (if someone knows more and I'm wrong plz correct me). In the future it is a good idea to read so mistakes don't happen. Everyone has probably made that mistake though and Rough Ruby is an applicator so you can probably get a new lion that looks like your own easily enough! 0 players like this post! The best thing is just to secure ALL lions you're ever intending to keep tbh, either as soon as they're born or as soon as you buy them (if the seller didn't already). That way they won't show up on the list to be sent to the portal, and can't be accidentally deleted in any other way either. There's no downside to securing, and it only takes a second. It makes more sense to use that because it's an existing mechanism, rather than mess about changing the way the portal works so that the deletion isn't really a deletion. imo anyway :) 0 players like this post! Sure it kind of sucks to lose a good lion... but there are like 2 warnings, plus the wiki even says "It is important to note that all lions that are sent through the portal are permanently deleted from the game. Be sure to secure any lions you do not wish to send through the portal. This action cannot be reversed or undone under any circumstances." You probably should've just secured the lioness or read through before doing it, since it states that they won't be able to come back 0 players like this post! Like? |

I'm with everyone else here. Like, I get that it really sucks, and I'm sorry you lost a lion that was clearly very special to you. That said, this isn't the game's fault. The information is crystal clear and there's more than enough warnings. If you chose to ignore them, I'm sorry, but that's on you. I'm sure most of us have accidentally lost lions or valuable items because of some mistake or other (I know I have!), but you just have to accept it and move on. 0 players like this post! Like? |
